Our return policy is simple and worry-free: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your purchase, you can return them within 90 days of purchase. If you would like to request a return or replacement, please emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
bethebartender.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives back at our location. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, bethebartender.com does not take title to the refunded item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalised products. If you do have any issues with anything that has been specifically created for you please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with you order number and we will endeavour to rectify the issue.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
